Update on Matt

 Sorry Everyone been a very busy couple of weeks for me and just didn't get this on here quickly. Matt had the surgery on the 7th with great success! It has relaxed him and they have been able to work on his muscles and joints. But, he has started to has seizures which he might have been having all along we just didn't know it with him being so tense. So they have started him on medication to treat them. Dr.s have said that it could also be the brain healing. He still isn't awake yet.......

This last Month has been a doooseeeyyyy

Ok well this last month has been horrible for my family, my nephew was hit by a car while walking home. He has Traumatic Brain injuries, broken neck, fractured back, broken leg in two places, Severe lacerations, and it's been a month ago today and he still isnt awake. Please keep the prayers coming. The above blog was set up to collect donations for my sisters family and to post updates re Matthew and fundraisers that will held for his expenses.
My 5 year old niece's daughter's appendix ruptured and she was so sick and so much pain they will do surgery in a month to get them out.
Then my husband's nephew got into an accident hit a train and his best friend was killed and he is in critical condition with Traumatic Brain injuries and several broken bones in his face that is all I know at this time about this one.

CHA Sneek Peeks Good to be Back!!

Well I can't believe it has been this long since I posted anything! Urgh life sure has been busy with big trade shows and grandkids being born, it has been a little overwhelming. The last grandkids were born last weekend, I have a new granddaughter born July 3 named Olivia Isabella and a grandson born June 9th named Jaydyn Henry
We have been super busy getting all the samples ready for CHA release take a peek on the website what's new page we have a staggering approx. 20 of them. I hope everyone has a terrific summer does anyone have special plans this year?
Keep in mind we do custom covers too so when you taking them photos remember that.

For those of you with twins

Well we are back from our Mexico vacation. We had a great time although the weather could have been a little better. It was cloudy alot but we still had 85 degree weather and half the days mostly were with sun.
Now I sit here trying to play catch up with a month of stuff to do....
And busy with events every weekend, not that I'm complaining or anything : ) I still have to pay the bills.

Well while we were in Mexico, my daughter almost lost the baby she went into labor because of stress..... finally got her to screen her calls and just relax. She is doing better and contractions have not returned thank goodness.

Off to Mexico

Well we are off to Mexico in 5 days I will be sitting on the beach, and goodness I just can't wait.
So it will be not until the end of February that I will be updating anything or sending out orders. If you have any questions feel free to email me and I will have access to my email every couple of days.
Boy it sure has been a long week. I keep forgetting about appts. This am went for a facial was ok probablly wouldn't have that done again. I go for a pedicure on Tuesday and then in the pm I finally get my hair trimmed and roots dyed I'm looking like a skunk!!I had to miss my other appt a couple of weeks ago because the hairdresser broke her ankle so I am overdue for my roots to be done. : )
We are taking my 4 year old grandson to dinner tonight (well actually his parents are we are tagging along) he has been going crazy when those red lobster commercials come on he gets so mad at his Mom and says you were suppose to take me there.. You really have to see it too funny.

Name suggestions for a middle name

Ok so I'm getting ready to pack up everything for my weekend crop that I put on a few times a year and you know I just don't feel like it... What is up with that I do enjoy doing them but the work and effort far out way anything I make at it. Good thing I have the moments when I close my eyes and feel my toes in the sand and the ocean breezes on my face...ahhhhh....I leave in 2 WEEKS from today for Mexico for a badly needed 3 weeks vacation, goodness I have so much to do for that too.
It cost us almost as much as an airline ticket to take our luggage how crazy is that.
We are going to go scuba diving this trip. I've always wanted to do that but, now that we are hmmmmm are there sharks in that ocean?? lol
Ok so my daughter wants to name her baby girl..Olivia Isabella but I think her husband is trying to pop her bubble with the Isabella part of it do you have any middle name suggestions that would go well with Olivia (she doesn't want like Marie and Renee or Ann) you know the more typical middle names ??
Well I guess I've delayed getting things together long enough wish me luck....

Well hmmm "trouble"?? I never got caught but about 6 friends told each of our parents that we were spending the night at each others houses and just walked the streets all night. (dumbest thing).

2. Are you a morning person or a night person?

The older I get the more I'm a morning person


3. Are you a one-handed or a two-handed Texter?

I don't really text. But have a couple of times and I would say 2 handed

4. Democrat, Republican, or Independent..or maybe even Green Party (whatever that is).
Democrat, But would be willing to vote other parties.

Parenting help

Ever have days where you are looking at your kids and saying "who are you" when they are behaving like someone you don't know. I had many days like that when my kids were little.
Several of my girlfriends are teachers. They were sent to a seminar on how to better handle kids in their classrooms. If you haven't heard of the Love and Logic seminars and teaching aides they are great ways to handle many situations. Being a Woman

Ok I feel like I have been walking around in a daze the last couple of days and still feel groggy???? what the heck! These darn Hot flashes are going to kill me urgh whoever said being a woman was easy, obviously was a man : )
I'm having them all day and night and the only relief I have is when I'm in front of a fan. I'm in Michigan and it's freezing so this is not the time to be having them. My sister in law recommended taking Black Cohosh but it takes 2 weeks to kick in.
Well I hope it does because I leave for Mexico in 3 weeks and I'll have to live in the pool, which is where I will be anyway but would like to be on vacation without being miserable. My husband is sympathetic but I think he sure is ready for me to get through this : )

Good Ultrasound report

OK so my daughter went to the Dr's, finally found one that would see her with her insurance and being high risk it really has been a chore! (she is 17 weeks)and luckily her old doctor called in a perscription for her medicine and she was able to start taking that right away.
So anyway she went had an ultrasound and has great heartbeat and is a .....GIRL!!
We are so excited she has a 4 year old boy, she has to be on her medicine for another month so if she were to lose it would be just devestating (she lost one at 4.5 mths before) she has had about 5 miscarriages and miscarried twins last year.
And is doing great carrying this one (fingers crossed)
I think her name is going to be Olivia Isabella
My other daughter went for her ultrasound and is due 3 weeks before the other : ) everything is going well with her pregnancy too and she is having a >>>>> BOY!! She has a 18mth old little girl so they are both getting what they want.
His name is going to be Jayden Henry
